We’ve used RPF Environmental, Inc. for more than 20 years. They’ve helped us to manage our asbestos monitoring program. They’ve performed air quality testing and mold surveys, pre-construction inspections and surveys for asbestos and lead paint. They’ve designed and monitored asbestos abatement projects. Through RPF our staff received asbestos awareness training and annual follow ups. We’ve also received 10-hour OSHA training, lead paint and Right-to-Know training through RPF. Their largest project with us was monitoring a $1Million asbestos abatement project at our Kingswood Regional High School in 2010-2011. I will continue to call on RPF for all things related to environmental safety and health. They have always responded positively to our requests and have never disappointed us.

Last year RPF worked on our jobsite from May – December of 2014. The job is a former MGP Coal Tar dump site in a strictly residential area. Throughout the work season, there were no lost work days or safety incidents due to RPF’s outstanding commitment to the project. This is paramount due to the fact that the site is very constricted with multiple tasks being performed throughout the day utilizing various pieces of large, heavy earth moving equipment. RPF performed work zone monitoring with dust meters, four gas meters and PlDs while compiling data for submittal to the client. Weekly reports were generated and submitted to the client in a timely fashion and were professionally drafted by RPF. Day after day RPF would come up with different safety tool box talks that really involved the crew with the work tasks at hand that day, which was very difficult due to the fact that there were very repetitive tasks throughout the job. Our client is very pleased with our safety record on the job which is due to RPF’s exceptional performance, and we all look forward to having RPF come back for the second phase of the project in the spring.
