Dennis Francoeur of RPF Associates, Inc. - Chairman AIHA Consultant's SIG
Northwood NH and Amesbury MA, June 5: Dennis Francoeur Jr. Certified Safety Professional and Certified Industrial Hygienist of RPF Associates, Inc. (RPF) chaired the annual Business meeting and reception for the Consultant’s Special Interest Group (SIG) of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) in Minneapolis MN. The AIHA SIG is the largest section of the AIHA serving the special needs of consulting industrial hygienist and hosted two Round Tables at the annual AIHA Conference. Dennis presented a session on Excellence in Industrial Hygiene Consulting – Value of Hiring an Industrial Hygienist, during one of the technical roundtables. Industrial Hygiene is the science and art of anticipation, recognition, evaluation and control of health hazards in the workplace and environment. This includes indoor air quality, air sampling, lead, asbestos, mold, and OSHA compliance. With offices in Northwood, NH and Amesbury, MA, RPF provides environmental testing and consulting; indoor air quality and mold assessments; industrial hygiene, and OSHA and EPA regulatory compliance services.
